Effective 28 August 2026 • Version 1.0

TERMS OF USE & SERVICE

Mandatory rights under applicable law are not excluded.

Membership & rewards

Benefits and points are promotional program features, not bank deposits. Unless stated otherwise, points have no cash value outside the Embassy program. Eligible points require at least one qualifying activity within each six-month period. Points posted in error or tied to refunded/fraudulent transactions may be corrected or reversed, subject to law.

Bookings, venues & events

Services are subject to availability, posted prices, local rules, safety requirements and event-specific terms.

Shop & payment

Online checkout is currently disabled and this V18 release does not collect payment-card information. When enabled, taxes, shipping, fraud screening and any legally permitted transaction-fee allocation will be disclosed before purchase.

Returns & refunds

The cancellation/return policy shown at booking or checkout forms part of the transaction. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

Schedules & content

Tournament dates, venues, results and match times can change. Verify time-sensitive information with the governing body or organiser before travel or expenditure.

Liability, law & disputes

Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Governing law and forum depend on the Embassy entity, venue and transaction involved, and mandatory consumer/privacy rights remain unaffected.
